E Y E M A S K C O V E R
The Eye Mask Cover is made from 100% Cotton Quilt Fabric. The Fabric has been pre-washed to reduce any shrinkage.

It measures approximately 9.5 inches long by 4.75 inches wide.

The Strap is made from 1/2 inch wide elastic and 15.5 inches long (not including the stretch) The only adjustment on the strap is the elasticity.

For consideration is the fact that the strap adds additional pressure on your eyes. This may or may not be desirable, depending on what you are trying to achieve.

The Strap is optional, make your desired style selection at check out.

The fabric used for the weighted eye mask insert is a Cotton Muslin.

The Insert Measures approximately 8 inches wide by 4 inches in height.

The Eye Mask Insert is filled with Flax Seed and Lavender Essential Oil.
The Lavender Essential Oil is optional at check out.

This Flax Seed Eye Mask is Multi Purpose!

- It can be heated in the microwave and used for relaxation and sinus relief. The combination of weight and heat on your eyes provide relief from sinus pressure.

- It is great for Yoga and Meditation.

- Chilled in the freezer and used to De-Puff your Eyes!


HEAT Instructions:
- Place EYE MASK INSERT in the Microwave for 50 - 70 seconds, depending on the strength of your Microwave.
- place the Insert into the Eye Mask Cover.
- Enjoy!

COOL Instructions:
-Place Eye Mask and Insert in a plastic bag, preferrably a zip lock.
-Place the Plastic Covered Eye Mask in the Freezer for 2 - 3 hours.
-Remove from the Freezer, Remove the Eye Mask from the Plastic Bag
-Reuse and Recycle Plastic Bag
-Enjoy!


CARE and Washing:
The Eye Mask Cover is Machine Washable on Delicate and can be Dried in the Dryer. To Keep its shape, Air Dried is Recommended.

The Eye Mask Insert is Spot Wash only. Do not Submerge in Water.

About Flax Seed Fill:

When browsing Heat Packs, you may find a variety of fills including rice and barley.
Flax Seed is superior to Rice or Barley because Flax Seeds contain oil instead of water.
Rice is water based and once it has been heated enough times, the water is completely disapporated and the Rice Heat Packs will start to smell burned.
This doesn't happen with Flax. The oil from flax seed also mixes really well with essential oil for a heightened relaxation experience.

Please note that there will be a slight variation in the position of the print and that there may be a slight difference in the color of the Eye Mask depending on your Smart Phone, Tablet or Computer Monitor Settings.

Please note that Shipping Insurance for International Orders is only somewhat helpful because it can get hard to track and document what happened in the event of a lost or damaged package if the package goes through several Country's Postal Systems.
