All my items come in a gift wrapped! Please let me know if you want each item in all a separate craft envelope. Otherwise, your order will be shipped in one craft envelope!

I can make any size. If you can't find it in drop down menu, please contact me.

To maintain your jewelry in good condition as long as possible try to avoid the contact with perfumes, cleaning products and other chemicals. Avoiding humidity and sweat are also good tips to slow down the tarnishing process, that's why I recommend to storage your jewelry in a dry place.

How long does shipping take?

The average delivery timeframe is : - Europe : 3 to 8 days - United States & Canada : 6 to 20 days (maximum 30 days) - Australia, New Zealand : 10 to 30 days. Please note that shipping times do NOT include production times. But I always try to get your order done faster for rush orders. Current production time is 1-3 business days. PLEASE NOTE : in the case of tracking showing package as Delivered, I cannot cover refund or replacement, as tracking serves as proof of delivery and I cannot investigate or be held responsible for after-delivery theft.

Returns and Exchanges

You have to return your order back to me with registered mail. I'm going to issue a refund of your order when I receive it, excluding the shipping cost. In case your order returns back to me for reasons like incorrect address, failed delivery, unclaimed etc, I could issue partial refund (the cost of the product only, excluding the shipping cost). The partial refund can only be issued only once your order has been safely returned to me. Please note that international Returns to sender can be excessively slow (up to 3 months)
