Custom and personalized orders

Custom-made products are possible. If you have your own ideas or special requests, feel free to contact us. We offer a wide range of customization options for our products – including painting, magnetization, scaling, or special parts. Such custom orders are marked as “INDIVIDUAL” in the order and are excluded from return, exchange, and withdrawal. We ship worldwide, including to countries outside the European Union. Please note that international orders (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA) may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which must be paid by the recipient. Not sure or need something truly unique? Just get in touch – we’ll find a solution together.

Our items are not suitable for babies and children under 3 years old.

The processing time varies depending on the item. You can find more detailed information on the individual products. Items we have in stock are processed the next working day and shipped faster than custom-made products such as buildings or large game boards. These are produced on request and usually require 10 days of lead time.

Orders are shipped with tracking, so you can always keep an eye on the progress of your delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to transport or customs fees. Please check the specified delivery address carefully and contact us if you have any doubts. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if an incorrect address was provided. The item must then be purchased again. For shipments to the USA, we ship up to USD 800 with import duties already paid.

My item has not arrived yet?

If your delivery is overdue, please contact us no later than 15 working days after the item's due date. Please note that shipments are only considered lost after this period has passed. If your item has still not arrived after this period, please contact us before the end of 2 months. Please check the delivery address you provided. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if an incorrect address was provided. The item must then be purchased again.

I provided an incorrect delivery address, what should I do?

Please check the delivery address and send us a message to confirm it if you have any doubts. We are happy to change the address details as long as the order is still being processed and has not been shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if an incorrect address was provided after the order has been shipped. The item must then be purchased again.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your item was damaged during transport, please contact us with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. Instruct the delivery service to document the damage upon delivery. In case of doubt, refuse acceptance if the damage is obvious.

We cannot accept returns for custom-made items. Items listed in the shop can only be returned if they are unused and intact.

Prices and Customs Information

Listed prices include 19% VAT, which applies to all orders within the EU, regardless of the specific EU country. For orders outside the EU, the sale is VAT-exempt under §6 UStG, and no German VAT is charged. In some countries, Etsy may be legally required to collect taxes at the point of sale. In such cases, taxes will be shown during checkout and collected directly by Etsy. Please note: For international orders outside the EU, you as the buyer are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are collected by the shipping carrier in the destination country and must be paid before delivery. We have no control over these fees and cannot assume any responsibility or costs for them.

General Note on 3D Printing

3D prints are not industrially manufactured parts, so quality can vary, especially with small parts. However, we strive to keep the prints at a high level. During printing, it may be necessary to use support material, which we usually remove before delivery. However, residues may remain. We use only high-quality filaments, predominantly PLA (polylactide, a thermoplastic polymer), which is environmentally friendly and biodegradable. Extensive cleaning is not necessary. We use only FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), which has limited detail accuracy and can leave visible layer lines, but offers easy handling and a wide range of materials. There are no harmful residues.
