The design is made up of colourful hearts, each one individually placed and standing 2mm proud of the surface of the card - extremely high quality, and giving a very 'cushioned' feel. Every embellishment is cut individually from my own exclusive art stock. No two cards are identical - therefore each one is truly unique to you!

You can provide your personalisation requirements in the relevant box when ordering - you can also include additional information in the 'Note to Seller' section which you will come across when going through the checkout process, but if you miss that don't worry! PLEASE NOTE: If personalisation is not provided with your order, I always get in touch to request the information - however if the information is still not available after a reasonable time then your order will be refunded in full.

All items within the UK with free delivery are via 2nd class mail, aimed at delivery within 2-3 working days of despatch, however these are estimates only and as this is a third party service it is not possible to guarantee delivery dates and there can be short delays.

International shipping estimates are approx. 3-5 working days for Europe, and 5-10 working days for USA, Canada and Australia - however shipping times are not guaranteed and short delays can be experienced on occasion.

Returns for international orders are accepted for non-personalised items. International returns will be refunded, minus outbound shipping costs, on receipt of the returned order. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the buyer.

The item must be in original, unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Your order should arrive with you within the timeframe specified when placing your order where possible, however these timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed as unavoidable short delays in the postal systems do sometimes occur, though this is thankfully rather rare.

Missing orders must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
