I recommend, the photo must be detailed and clear.
I will then send you the link with the personalized listing (remember to tell me the size of the ball you need)

Remember to put the pet's name or the phrase you want behind the ball in the personalization space.

The ball in the photos measures 10 cm, you can choose larger or smaller versions in the variants.
Two satin ribbons are attached to the top.

Shipping times vary depending on the country I need to ship to.
For example, with standard shipping in the United States the times will vary from ten days to twenty working days, the delays will not depend on me.

For large orders I will use the courier.
If you are in a hurry you can choose the shipping upgrade and I will use the courier.
In the periods approaching Christmas it is recommended to place the order LARGO ADVANCE to be sure to receive it on time.
I am not responsible for delays due to postal services.

If you want faster shipping, select the upgrade during the purchase and I will use the courier (abroad).
For Italy I always use the courier, with the upgrade I choose the fastest way.

Although fortunately this almost never happens, if you experience a big delay in the delivery of your package, you can contact me and I will inquire at my post office.
If the package does not arrive after one month, I will open a letter of complaint at the post office.

In Italy I ship by courier, Crono package of the Italian Post Office.
For the United States and the rest of the world I ship by international registered mail or packet tracked, if you want a faster way, you can select the UPGRADE option and I will use the courier.
For heavier packages with large quantities I will use the courier.
