Gift wrapping and packaging

All shipped orders are being gift wrapped.

The fabric bags only wash with cool water and need to iron. please do not put your bag into a washing machine. The leather handbags or bags please wipe whith wet wipes.

Is there a tracking number?

Every shipped order has a tracking number that will be provided to you.

Can I pay with a Credit Card?

Yes, you can purchase with a credit card through Etsy Payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item does not suit you, you can contact me, up to 3 days after you receive the package for return instructions. In cases of returns, unless the item was damaged or not as described, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs, and a handling fee of 20% will be reduced from the refund amount. If a parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address, I will not refund or exchange it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. In case your delivery was "Unclaimed" (wrong address \ no one was available to claim) and return back to us, we can send it to you again with an additional cost for the new shipping.
