When will my order be processed?

= D I G I T A L = All items to be personalised, are intended to be adjusted as requested within 24 hours of receiving required wording from the buyer. Once personalised, the design will be sent over the same day as completed. = P R I N T E D = Please note, any orders placed after 9am on that working day, will be processed on the following working day. e.g. An order placed on a Friday after 9am, will be processed on the following Monday. Alternatively, an order placed on a Wednesday after 9am, will be processed on the following day (Thursday). If you would like to place a custom order, please use our 'Request Custom Order' button on the left, and we will get back to you regarding your queries as soon as possible!

Will my print arrive framed?

Picture frames are not included in the product. They are primarily for presentation purposes.

If I order a personalised item, how do I sent over my required wording, etc?

In order to send over details of how you require your artwork altering, please following these steps: 1. Purchase the item 2. Please be sure to provide the required information in the 'Notes to Seller' section, in the checkout stage. 3. I will then email you the artwork with your details added for you to check over and you can make one further revision, if necessary.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

You can find shipping estimates in the policy section of my shop. While we will always despatch on or before the stated despatch date, we cannot predict or control this once it’s in the hands of Royal Mail, nor can we be held responsible. Please see above for information on the tracked and signed for services we offer. For international orders, although most do arrive in the given time frame, please allow up to 4 weeks for the rare occurrence of items getting held up at customs.

Custom and personalised orders

We will always ship to the address given on Etsy. Please make sure you double check this is correct and let us know of any changes to be made before we have posted the item if it is wrong as we are not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect address nor are we liable to send a new one in this instance.
