As a knitter, do you ever feel like your house is filling up with yarn? What if your house was *made* of yarn?!?
The Knitter's Cabin is our first limited edition art collaboration available. Made for our launch party and exhibit by Amy VanDonsel (who is also a co-founder of Snow Day) the house inside this snow globe was originally hand knitted!
Amy handmade a soft sculpture knitted sweater home, complete with needles, buttons, and balls of yarn, which was then 3D scanned and printed in miniature. The original was sold at silent auction during the launch event, and 25 limited edition 4" globes are now available.
This globe makes the perfect gift for a knitter in your life or a lovely accent to cabin-style decor.

Hey Clare - I just wanted to reply here for all those reading along. We had a misunderstanding about the ship date, and in the end Clare received her globe and was delighted. Sadly, it was a struggle for her to delete her original complaint that never succeeded! :)
