HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select your quantity
2. Select the color of ink for your frosted cups.
3. In the notes section, please include any personalized information you would like on your frosted cup.
This includes name, date, hashtag, location, etc.
4. Submit order

We will begin production within 24 hours of your order. If you would like proofs, please add it to the notes at checkout. Proof must be approved or edited within 2 days of order. Otherwise, your order will be forwarded to production.

For orders of 3 or fewer, a $5 shipping fee applies.

MATERIAL AND SPECS:

High, quality frosted cups,
Sizes: comes in 8oz, 12oz, 16oz.

Please be aware: Smaller cup orders are produced using a different print process than larger batches. As a result, there may be slight differences in color, tone, or even cup style between separate orders. For small runs, we use a film printing method; for larger runs, screen printing is used. Both deliver excellent results, but the finish may vary slightly.

*Cup is measured as filled to the brim. Stated ounces shows approximate volume and are not an implied guarantee.

*We recommend choosing cup sizes that are one size larger than the drinks you're serving. For example, if you're serving 8oz drinks, opt for 12oz cups.

PROOFS:

Please indicate in the notes if you would like a proof of your frosted cups. We will send this to you within 2 business days. Once you confirm you are fully satisfied with the final proof, we will immediately begin the production of your frosted cups.

CUSTOM OPTIONS:

All graphic designs and printing are done in house, therefore we are able to customize to meet your needs!
We have multiple ink color options for you to choose from. Please select this from our drop-down menu.
Please feel free to let us know if you’d like to modify designs, or submit your own.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All frosted cups are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges, however, please do send us a message if you are not satisfied with your order. Our goal is to ensure our products add extra pizzazz to your event, and we will do our best to make this happen!

RUSH ORDERS:

Our products' turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. If you would like your items sooner, we have rush order options. There is a cost for rush orders, which varies depending on how soon you need your frosted cups. Please send us a message letting us know when you need your items, and we will do our best to work with your time frame.

Defect Policy for Custom Products:

We take pride in delivering high-quality custom products to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a defect, we require our customers to report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the defect to support your claim.

Note: Refunds for defects reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible. Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

CUSTOMS/TARIFFS

1. Those orders with a Texas billing address will be charged with tax.
2. Tariffs may be imposed on international orders.
3. Tariff verification takes place upon the arrival of the order.
4. LolasPrints is NOT responsible for paying tariffs nor taxes of any order--it is the customer's accountability.
5. If an order is refused by the customer due to taxes/tariffs, NO refunds will be honored.
