Works fine as displayed. Only complaints: shipping took longer than I expected, I did have to use a longer screw I had than the one that it came with, and I had to repeat the super glue process when I superglued the wrong magnet side to the door.
Works! Simple, unobtrusive design. Hot tip: don't glue the magnets together by accident like I did 🤦🏻♀️ I knew I should've glued one side one day at a time to make sure it cured + that I didn't have lingering super glue on my fingers! Went to the hardware store to get a replacement magnet (sold in a multi-pack) and it works great! Now when my neighbors want to stand in the hallway and chat we don't have to hold the door open. Bringing up groceries got much easier too. Would definitely recommend, just go slow the install one magnet at a time. Learn from my mistake 😅
It works well and is a minimalist design.
Needed these to keep the doors open, everything came to install, instructions were very clear and glue worked well. Definitely holds the doors in a low profile way. Other solutions I was looking at were too bulky or required drilling into the floor/ tile which I didn't want to do. Definitely would give it a go if you want a fuss-free way to hold doors open without too much effort.
