I have just returned from a 9 month deployment in which during that time I placed an order for my mom’s gift, this perfume bottle. It sadly came weeks after estimated shipping date and to my surprise came empty ! My poor mom didn’t tell me in the case I’d be upset and I am now since I’ve discovered the empty bottle placed upon her counter in which I questioned why and how it could be empty so soon… because it’s a beautiful product and scent but it wasn’t enjoyed due to the damage received during shipping and transit. She said there had been a safety mechanism glued to lid to prevent accidental spraying but as we see it wasn’t successful. I have never had this experience and so I’m speechless honestly.

We are very sorry for your disappointing experience. The parcel actually reached the U.S. within 10 days from dispatch, but unfortunately the postal service marked “Addressee not available at time of delivery” and only completed delivery one month later. Sadly, the product was also damaged during transit, which should never have happened. We have already issued you a full refund, and we truly value your feedback
