I love to sew, embroider, and crochet. My day time j.o.b as a truck driver keeps me out of my sewing room, but also provides many hours of down time (while waiting for loads, loading, or unloading, etc.), which is why I would never leave home without my featherweight and a quilt or some other project to keep me sane during those long idle hours.
