Hello and welcome to RockTimber! I’m Janine, owner and curator of all things natural and beautiful. I’ve always had a deep love and appreciation for the artists’ process – creating something so meaningful and distinct from simple materials and a single thought. Maybe it goes back to my roots as a video producer - carving out stories from everyday life, or maybe it’s the foodie in me with the appreciation for both old and new flavors. I love food. I love art. That's pretty much how RockTimber was born!
I’ve always admired the beauty that a stone holds. The time it has spent in our earth, baking and morphing its tones and striations -- each piece utterly unique and timeless.
My fellow artisan and husband Steve has a long history in the natural stone industry and serves as my guide when it comes to choosing the finest colors, textures, and cuts.
When I'm not creating I'm hanging with my brood - my four beautiful daughters, mountain man husband, and our animal family.
