Hi! I'm Maggie, and I've loved creating things ever since I was a kid. My childhood was full of hair-brained schemes; from selling handmade greeting cards on the side of the road, to hosting choreographed garage dance concerts. Eventually I learned how to sew and I launched into my crafty career.
As a 12-year-old, I was obsessed with wearing headbands but really struggled to find ones that were a) cute, b) comfortable, and c) didn't slide off my head. It seemed as though even the best headbands out there would only check two of these boxes, and that just wasn't cutting it.
So, what was a 12-year-old kid with all the time in the world and a sewing machine to do? I took apart a few of the headbands I had to use as a pattern, experimented with different fabrics and sizes, and eventually came up with the softest, most versatile, and comfiest headband I'd ever worn. Thus 2True was born :)
