My name is Ann Apple, and spirituality has been an important part of my life since childhood. My natural sensitivity to energy and intuitive guidance inspired a lifelong journey into meditation, psychic development, Tarot, Reiki, and energy healing.
As a Reiki Master, teacher, psychic, and energy healer with over 30 years of experience, I have helped hundreds of people find clarity, explore their spiritual paths, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
At BlueCrystalBall, I share my knowledge and experience through carefully created digital books covering Tarot, Reiki, energy healing, and spiritual development. My goal is to make spiritual knowledge accessible, practical, and easy to explore, whether you are just beginning your journey or deepening an existing practice.

How to download my files?
If you have purchased INSTANT DOWNLOAD files, please download them from your ETSY Account > Purchases

Where do I get the files printed?
You can print your files at home or at a printing shop such as Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, Kinkos or if you are from Australia, Officeworks.
Print shops may have requirements as to what file format/type they need so please get check with them first and get back to me if you do not have the correct file format already, usually it is either PDF or JPEG files.
Will the colors print exactly as they appear on the screen?
All monitors display color differently. Because of this, the colors of the images may appear darker/ lighter from the actual print. My advice is to do a test print before ordering multiple cards.
Please note: colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer, types or brands of paper and ink you’re printing with.
Why is my printing low quality/ blurry?
If the files are printing blurry or low quality, it means that you have not saved the high resolution PDF/JPEG/PNG file. To save the file, click on the download icon on the attachment. Do not click on the thumbnail preview photo that you sometimes see at the bottom of an email or from the thumbnail preview on Etsy conversations.
