I contacted the vendor & described my experience & without any hesitation he offered to remake the trousers if I covered the postage cost. I received the new pair today with the adjustment I had requested & they are much better & I can actually wear them now. Really impressed with the customer service.

This was a special accommodation and not part of our standard replacement policy, as all custom and made-to-order items are produced according to the size selected by the customer.

5 out of 5 starsThe leather maker needs to follow all customized instructions that he agreed to. Not 90 % of them but all customized instructions that he agreed to do. The leather quality, shipping, and actual crafting of the product eas fine. He just didn't do everything we agreed upon prior to me making the order. SAY WHAT YOU MEAN AND MEAN WHAT YOU SAY. ONCE YOU DO THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING BUT 5 *s always.
