Chef BB - Using What You Got and Making a Lot in the Kitchen
Chef BB’s Kitchen grew out of years spent cooking, building businesses, and learning what it takes to keep both going.
My name is Robert Brunet, better known as Chef BB. The nickname comes from being the “baby brother,” in a family of 13 siblings and my roots run deep in Louisiana. I started House Chef of Colorado Springs in 2010 and opened Momma Pearl’s Cajun Kitchen in 2013, naming it for my mother. Feeding people became my livelihood, but running a kitchen meant much more than making good food. It meant buying wisely, pricing honestly, managing expenses, washing dishes, and making hard decisions.
This shop brings those lessons to your kitchen and your business through practical books, workbooks, and simple planning tools, product reviews and recommendations. My background in information technology and entrepreneurship helps me turn the numbers into tools you can actually use.
My philosophy is “Use What You Got and Make a Lot.” Start with what’s available, understand what it costs, and put it to work.
I won’t promise that a spreadsheet will make your business profitable. I will share tools and experience that help you make better-informed decisions.
Welcome to Chef BB’s Kitchen. Let’s make something worth serving.
