Absolutely! We've teamed up with global production partners to ensure quick shipping and reduced carbon footprints for our international customers.

What if my package is delayed, lost in transit, or stolen?
We’re just as excited as you for the grand unboxing! But once it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, it’s out of our control. Encounter a snag? Let us know right away on Etsy, and don't forget to report any suspected mail theft to your local authorities.

What if my item is returned to sender?
Sometimes shipments boomerang back for reasons like wonky addresses or shy recipients. Not on us, folks! If your treasure returns to our cove, you'll need to cover the re-shipment.

Need it fast? Pop us a message! We’ll do our darndest to speed things up, though a Rush Order Fee might apply, if needed by our speedy production partner.

Sizing & Fit
Each listing comes with a detailed size chart. Can't find it? Give us a shout on Etsy and we'll whip it right up. Remember, choosing the right size is on you!

Color
We want you to get the color you expected! However online color matching isn't exact. Variations in screen settings and displays across devices can introduce discrepancies. Please let us know if the color you get isn't what you expected and, if you can, include your device and display settings so that we can improve. And, although we know it's a bummer, don't be afraid to use our 14-day return/exchange policy. We have your back!

We aim to equip each listing with care instructions, and our threads typically come tagged with them too. Missed them? Drop us a line and we'll send over instructions faster than you can say "oops!"

We’re all about making you smile! Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange—just message us on Etsy. For personalized items, we only offer returns for transit damage. While this is a rare occurrence, should it happen, remember to snap pictures of the damage and message us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We handle the insurance hassle for you!
