Q1: How do I access my digital files after purchase?
A: Once your payment is confirmed, you can download your files directly from your Etsy account. Go to You > Purchases and Reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. You will also receive an automated email from Etsy with a download link.
Q2: I can't find my download email. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you use Gmail, also check the Social and Promotions tabs. If it's still missing, you can always access your files through your Etsy "Purchases" page on a web browser (the Etsy mobile app does not support direct downloads).
Custom and personalised orders
A: Our current products are provided as high-quality, non-editable PDF files designed for digital viewing or high-resolution printing. For the Developer Work Log, we recommend using a PDF annotation app (like GoodNotes or Notability) if you wish to write on them digitally.
