This is my 6th project from her and she never ceases to amaze me. I seriously cannot give her enough credit and I couldn’t be happier!

You captured and embodied everything that represents my granny! To be able to hold her and place her there one more time was therapeutic for me. I cannot thank you enough for my baby love. Refunds and returns and international shipping
I always package items well however if the product is broken during shipping please contact me within 48hrs. We can work on a solution that fits both of us.
Before leaving your feedback if you are not fully satisfied please let me know so I can rectify the situation.
If you are having an item shipped international, you are responsible for purchasing tracking for your item in your country. Once the item leaves the United States I will not be responsible for items not received unless tracking is purchased and it was proven item did not arrive. I do suggest purchasing insurance for international items and additional tracking.
