1. How do I access my purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime through your Etsy account:
1. Sign in at Etsy.com
2. Click your profile icon (top right) and select Purchases and Reviews
3. Find your order and click Download Files
Some of our spreadsheet templates include a PDF with a link to the actual file (especially for Google Sheets). Simply open that PDF, click the link, and make a copy of the template and save to your own Google Drive or download the Excel version to your device.
To save your own copy of the template in Google sheets once you've opened the link provided just click:
File > Make A Copy > Update the File Name and Folder Location if Needed > Then Click Make A Copy
2. I didn’t receive the download email. What should I do?
No worries! First, check your spam or junk folder, just in case the email was filtered.
You can also find your download directly from your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews.

3. Can I return or exchange a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital templates and Etsy’s terms, refunds are not provided on digital products.
However, we will help however we can, to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase through customer support, an updated spreadsheet template or exchange etc.
4. Can I use the templates for commercial purposes?
Our templates are for personal use only. Commercial/public use is prohibited. It is prohibited to resell or reproduce any of our products, either in part or in full, with or without modifications.
5. Do I need a paid subscription account to use the templates?
For Google Sheets Templates:
Nope! Our Google Sheets templates work perfectly with free Google Sheets accounts. All you need is access to Google Sheets and Google Drive, and you’re good to go.
For Microsoft Excel Templates:
Yes, the excel templates do require a Microsoft subscription with Excel to use them.
6. What if I want to customize templates or have questions?
Absolutely! All our Google Sheets and Excel templates are fully editable and user-friendly. You can personalize fonts, colors, text, and layout to suit your needs. Some sheets may include protected cells to safeguard important formulas. If you’d like to edit those, just unlock the sheet. Detailed steps are in the included instructions PDF.
