Frequently asked questions
How can I flatten my wall calendar?
Lay it out on a flat surface and place a stack of books on all 4 corners and in the middle for a day or so. If this does not work, try placing a very lightly damp towel over the blank side and iron the towel to essentially "steam" the calendar. Be careful not to over-wet the towel.
What if I change my mind?
Any unused and mint condition products can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 7 days of delivery date. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and it would be best for the item to be returned in the same packaging (if in good condition). Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you received free shipping. You will be refunded less the actual shipping cost for the returned items. Please email me at studio@creativecasestudy.com to arrange for a refund or exchange.
Item marked 'delivered' but I can't find it!
Once an item has been marked 'delivered' by the USPS, the package is no longer Case Study's responsibility. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the package delivered to a safe address.
However, the USPS can be notorious for marking a package 'delivered' prematurely. Please give it a few more days to see if your package shows up or see if your neighbors ended up with it on accident.
