4 out of 5 starsI have edited this review after raising a case with Etsy regarding the delivery of this item. Although I didnt receive this item i understand that it was due to Evri and not the seller. The item looked very good quality and a very reasonable price. When raising an issue with the seller they did their best to resolve the problem.

The stones used are not verifiably genuine and even though an IGI report was requested and purchased for an additional price, seller failed to supply and even after numerous attempts to secure one, still refused to provide as requested. PayPal is currently investigating.

1 out of 5 starsI asked for a 6 3/4, but was sent a 8 1/2. When I told this company, they want me to not only pay for shipping, both way, but a "little tip for the Tariff"....like whaaaaaa ...why would I send you more money when you sent me a ring that was two sizes too big with a cracked stone? Don't buy from here.

We use standard US ring sizing but can help you confirm the right size in any other measuring scale (UK, Australian, European).
You can also provide us the inside diameter of a current ring in millimeters and we will be converting it to a US sizing.
When estimating a correct ring size, it is best to consult with your local jeweller. If this is not feasible, try findmyringsize.com to use a manual ring sizing guide to help figure out your size. *Please note this is only a guide therefore we cannot be responsible for incorrect ring size determination.
Custom and personalised orders
We are always open to collaborating on a completely unique and custom design of any kind.
We offer custom fit stacking rings, custom stones, material customizations or entirely custom designs. In case you would like to customize an existing design or create an entirely unique piece, please contact us on Etsy convo.
In case of a customized design, additional fees may apply. Please check our shop policy on further information about custom designed pieces.
Rush order
In case you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us beforehand on Etsy.
We're always happy to rush an order to make sure it arrives on time.
In some cases an upgrade to express shipping may apply to ensure a timely delivery.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations on rushed orders.
Returns and exchanges
The refund is not possible for the following products :
- customized products (all wedding rings and custom orders with custom/chosen gemstones),
- all personalized products (items engraved per customer’s request),-
- all products that have been made according to consumer's specifications and instructions.

- items with discount applied
Cancelations of order before being delivered carry a 20% cancelation fee of the sum of the entire order, shipping charges not included, provided that the order is not late form the vendors side.
Partial payments and rushed orders are not refundable.
