1 out of 5 starsI searched for a long time for an opal necklace. A large size opal pendant. This necklace is small, about a third of the size I expected. Pictures are very misleading. Plus, it is not an opal. It is an opalite. Seller says it is a “lab-created opal,” but the description says OPAL. I searched, and NOWHERE does it say this is a lab-created opal. And it’s not even that. It’s opalite. And after I purchased it, the price dropped by half. I contacted the seller, and their response was, basically, “sucks to be you.” They offered me nothing, told me it’s a lab-created opal AFTER I bought it, then asked for a few days to make this right. That was two days ago. I’ve heard nothing since. The necklace is pretty, but it’s not what I paid for nor what I thought I was getting. I won’t buy from here again.
