Sizing details

***SHOE SIZES AND FIT***
A sizing chart is provided on every listing. I source standard sizes and buy in bulk from the EU.
Sizes shown on shoes convert as follows...
EU36 - UK3
EU37 - UK4
EU38 - UK5
EU39 - UK6
EU40 - UK7
EU41 - UK8
EU42 - UK9 (currently available in flats only unless i can specially source for an extra fee.)

Wide fit can be sourced for certain styles.
If you have any concerns about fit I can provide heel grips with shoes or there is the option to send your own shoes in to be customised (recommended for brides to be.) This option also saves you money on the overall price.
When providing your own shoes, plain suede material is preferred but faux leather can be customised too.
Please message me to discuss further.

Care instructions

***HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ITEM/S***
A Care Guide is sent with every order, it reads as follows...

1. Handle with care. Rough treatment may result in dislodged embellishments.
2. Glittered areas are waterproof sealed. To clean, use a damp cloth and wipe gently.
3. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat or cold sources.

Custom and personalised orders

***CUSTOM DESIGNS AND PERSONALISATION***
I am more than happy to create custom designs and personalised orders, infact its something I really love to do! If you have a basic idea of what you want or even a very specific design in mind I will work with you to create it.
If you want to add personalisation to an existing listing (crystal initials/wedding date etc) please message me and I will create a custom listing for you to purchase.

As a guide the following extras can be added...
1. Glittered undersoles (any single colour) £5
2. Crystal initials (any single colour) £5
3. Full crystal undersoles (any colours) £10

But the options are endless so please message me for a specific quote.

Wholesale availability

***WHOLESALE ORDERS***
I do NOT accept wholesale orders. Each item is custom made by myself with much love and care. I do however accept large orders for bridal parties etc. Multiple orders of 3 or more will receive a 10% discount. Please allow AT LEAST 6 weeks for larger orders to be completed.

Cancellations

***CANCELLATIONS***
I will accept cancellations if the item has been purchased in error or the buyer has changed their mind ONLY if I have not yet purchased supplies for that order. That generally gives the buyer 24hrs to cancel.

Rush orders

***RUSH ORDERS***
I accept rush orders at my own discretion. The complexity of the design and the location of the buyer will dictate if it is possible and how quickly the order can be made and sent. This will incur a RUSH FEE which will vary depending on the information given above.

Copyright designs

***COPYRIGHT DESIGNS***
I am often asked if I can recreate trademarked brands designs, quotes, characters or logos. The answer is no. It is illegal and I pride myself on my original designs. The same applies to designs taken from others sellers. I will not directly copy another's work. I can create my own version along the same theme but if you want a specific design then please approach the original creator.
Also on that note please do not take images of my work and ask others to recreate them cheaper. There is a reason my items are priced how they are. I have over 6yrs experience, use only the best professional products and techniques and put a lot of love and care into my creations.

Custom listings

***CUSTOM LISTINGS***
When requested to create a personalised custom order/listing it will be left active for 48hrs before being deleted. Your custom listing will be taken down if not purchased within that time frame unless otherwise discussed.

This is to help prevent time wasters and to stop custom listings from clogging my shop.

Returns and exchanges

***RETURNS AND EXCHANGES***
I will accept exchanges at my own discretion. (I do not accept returns for size/fit issues) If the item is personalised or was a custom listing I legally have the right to refuse the exchange.
Item must be returned in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNWORN and in a RESELLABLE condition.
Please provide photos as proof.

Return postage cost must be covered by customer.

PLEASE NOTE: You have 14 days from my accepting the exchange to provide proof of postage or for the item to arrive back with me. It will then take up to the original processing time of the item to remake and ship out.

Shipping

***SHIPPING***
All parcels are sent securely wrapped in rainbow mailers and protected with bubble wrap. Care guides are included.

UK shipping is included in the price. Overseas shipping is also available (if you don’t see your country please ask for a quote.) Every order is sent fully tracked MyHermes (now called Evri) but in some cases (as in rush orders) an alternative courier will be used. You will be given a tracking number with your dispatch notification.

Please double check the address given upon checkout is correct as I must send to this (etsy policy) unless otherwise discussed.
