How do I download the files?
As soon as you have completed your purchase you will be sent a link in your email, just click to download your files. You also be able to download file in your Etsy account.
To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
When I try to open it I get a your file is corrupt message?
Sometime it may happen... you can try re-download it again, might be corrupt when internet transfer
