Production Time
Our production/turnaround time is a SOLID 5-7 business days BEFORE shipping. Unfortunately- we can't accept rush production orders but there are expedited shipping options available at checkout.
So if you order on a Wednesday, your order will not ship until the following week Wednesday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.
Can you take something we designed?
We accept pre-designed projects for printing as long as they are supplied as a high resolution PDF to the size needed.
We cannot guarantee color accuracy of logos or specific Pantone colors.
We will 100% not refund any job that uses customer supplied artwork.
What size sticker will I need?
We don’t recommend sizes for your glassware or container. Since so many vessels come in such a variety of shapes and sizes and vary from manufacturer to manufacturer—we always recommend that you measure your container or area where the sticker will be used a make that decision based on the sizes we offer.
You should cut out blanks out of paper and place on your container to get the best idea of how it will look. Only you can decide what size you think will work best!
