Custom and personalized orders
Customization options include logos, initials, and ideas. Send your logo or design (pdf, png, jpg, AI, SVG) via "Message Diana" or email it to DianaWaxSealShop@outlook.com. Provide the desired initials and specify the color for wax beads or wax sticks (e.g., #05 Clean Pink).
Order Tracking:
You can track your shipping order number. In case of any delays, please contact us promptly for proper assistance, including potential refunds or recreation of your order.
Expedited shipping and expedited production.
For urgent orders, upgrade to expedited shipping and include your phone number in the order notes. Our expedited service, provided by DHL, has a time limit of 3-6 days. Wax parcels generally take 10-20 days to reach most countries worldwide.
