I don’t accept returns or exchanges, but I’m always here to help if something goes wrong. Digital items can’t be returned, and physical items are made to order — but if your order arrives damaged, please message me within 7 days so I can make it right.

I’ve got you. Etsy sometimes has download hiccups, especially on phones or tablets. Just send me a message — I’m happy to resend your files or walk you through opening them. You’ll always get what you paid for.
Can I share or resell the digital files? What about the printed versions?
All digital items are for personal use only. Please don’t share, upload, redistribute, or resell any part of the files. You can print or copy the pages for your own dogs as many times as you need, but not for other pet owners. ** If you’re a pet sitter, trainer, or other pet professional and want to use these templates with your clients, send me a message — I’d love to chat about wholesale or licensing options.
What if my physical item arrives damaged?
If your binder or printed product arrives damaged, please send me a photo within 7 days. I’ll take care of it right away. Even though I don’t accept returns, I always stand behind the quality of my work.
