2 out of 5 starsThe problem I had wasn’t with the quality, shipping or customer service-it was with not having access to a printer that used 12x12 paper. I used Office Depot since I do not have a printer. Unfortunately, OD does not carry that size therefore the “picture boarders” did not properly fit actual pictures. OD attempted to print on 8.5x11 and an elongated size (not sure of the dimensions) but neither sizes were usable. With all that being said, if you do not have access to print on 12x12 paper I would not recommend this product.
