Can I RUSH my order?
I try my best to accommodate rush requests and review such inquiries on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me prior to placing your order if you would like to discuss rush options.
Do you proofread and spell check orders?
I do not run spell check or alter spellings when creating custom orders. I populate custom labels by copying the exact text included with the order. Due to many personal and regional spelling variations, what may seem like an "obvious" typo to one person, is actually an intended spelling variation or stylistic play on words to someone else.
If I happen to notice something that seems very out of place, I may choose to message a customer for clarification at my discretion; however, customers are ultimately responsible for proofreading the text on custom order submissions prior to ordering. If you notice a mistake after submitting an order, please message me as soon as possible.
Can I get a proof?
Yes, you can request a proof at the time of purchase. Include a note at checkout with your request.
Note: If you request a proof and do not respond to my convo messages approving the design your order will be put "on-hold" until we hear from you.
What size label should I order?
If you're unsure about a size, we suggest you cut a piece of paper to the size you're considering and hold, tape or glue it to your container to see if you like the fit. Labels work best when adhered to a smooth and even flat surface. We do not recommend trying to wrap a small amount of the label around a tight edge or corner. The labels are not stretchy and are not recommended for use on textured, spherical, or convex jars as they likely will not stick down smoothly.
How soon will I get my order?
Each order includes a PROCESSING TIME and a SHIPPING TIME...To see the estimated delivery date for your order:
To see your estimated ship date: Select the Your Account icon. Select Purchases and reviews. If available, the estimated delivery date will be to the right of your order.
Processing Time for personalized items is approx. 3-5 business days.. from receipt of order but sometimes it may be shorter!
Shipping Time is the time it takes to get to you by a 3rd party, such as USPS. These times are set by the carrier and do fluctuate due to volume.
