Do your diamonds have inclusions?
All of the diamonds we sell are Encore DT Signature Diamonds. This means no eye-visible inclusions, no exceptions.
Where are your diamond engagement rings manufactured?
All of our diamond engagement rings are designed and produced in the United States - no caveats and no exceptions.
Are all of your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes, without exception. Encore DT works exclusively with U.S. - based diamond suppliers, who offer transparency as to the origin of their diamond inventory.
Are all of your engagement rings in your inventory and how quickly will my order be shipped?
Yes, we carry every engagement ring design that is listed for sale. We offer a significant level of customization on each design. This includes white, rose and yellow gold, platinum, as well as diamonds of different sizes and clarity grades. Once your order is placed, we will produce your engagement ring to your specifications and ship it to the delivery address indicated in the order. Our average lead time in production is 5-7 business days.
Can I customize my engagement ring beyond the options offered in your drop down menus?
Yes, if you are looking for a diamond, ring size, engraving or any other attribute you don't see in our drop down menus, contact us and one of our engagement ring consultants will be glad to assist.
What if I want to buy the main center diamond from my local jeweler?
We offer both, setting only and complete engagement rings. A complete engagement ring would include the setting and the center stone. A setting would include everything except the main center stone. If you would like to purchase a diamond from any source other than Encore DT, please select "Setting" at checkout.
What are your shipping policies and prices?
We offer free shipping on all domestic diamond engagement ring orders. Each package is insured and packaged to render a safe delivery. We also offer international shipping, both Priority and Express, with preferred rates to most countries.
