Good quality product but limited use with only one size( length). Would be great if you could adjust length to do different exercises. For example , too long to do rows with band wrapped around feet..unless you are very tall.

Unfortunately never received my item, was never given shipping details, and never heard from the seller.

This product is ideal if you need an extremely strong strap that does not roll. My physical therapist wanted me to use a strap that was firmer than any individual strap in set of quality straps. This fits the bill perfectly.
