Design Update Policy
If a design you’ve purchased is updated or improved after your order, you are entitled to receive the updated file at no additional cost. Please feel free to contact me and I will send you a new file along with a brief summary of what was updated.
Will refunds be considered?
I will stay on top of all duplicate purchases and will contact buyer if there is a discrepancy in their order. Duplicate purchases will always have the extra orders returned immediately!
If a file is corrupted, and I'm unable to solve the issue via messages, then I will of course offer a refund. This has never happened however!
What if I'm new to this digital download thing?
Always always always message me! I love to help and I'm pretty good at it, Everyone was a beginner once.

What are the FORMATS available?
PES, DST, EXP, JEF and many more. They'll work with most the popular embroidery machines including Brother, Janome, Bernina, Baby Lock, Singer, Husqvarna Viking, and Pfaff.
Sizing details
I can resize my embroidery designs by 20% or less. Resizing FSL files is not recommended. Most of them do come in 3 sizes.
Can I sell finished products?
Yes you can, but only with certain limitations. Please message me for more information. Thanks!
