Once payment is received on your purchase, your package will generally be shipped within one business day, Monday through Friday.

In most instances, I ship via USPS mail, using first class for lightweight items, parcel post or priority on others, depending on material, value, weight. (Fragile items are typically sent via priority mail to reduce the potential for handling issues.)

Shipping quotes are based on USPS shipping from the Midwest. If you are looking at a multi-item order with combined shipping and would like a more accurate quote, please contact me with your zip code before purchasing.

From quality photos to thorough descriptions, I want to make sure you know what to expect, and do my best to disclose any flaws detected in the merchandise.

To the extent a refund is requested, please note that unless there's a value-impacting oversight on my part, the refund amount does not and will not include shipping costs, original or return.

The original item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped, preferably in its original packaging.

Once the returned item has been received and verified, a refund on the price will be issued. Again, SEE ABOVE NOTE on shipping costs.

On any returned item, I reserve but don't always exercise the right to assess a restocking fee, not to exceed 20% of the original purchase price.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund in situations where the item was returned by the buyer without prior communication with or consent from me, as the seller.

As international shipping costs often add a significant layer of cost to the buyer, and with the potential for issues surrounding import fees, GDPR compliance, and other considerations related to international orders, I no longer ship outside the US.
