I completely love my planner!!! I’ve purchased a few over the years but this planner has great tips and sections I never considered. I’ll be purchasing as gifts for friends this holiday season. Thanks for the quick response to my questions before purchasing.

I ordered this item back in February, it is not April 11th. I contacted the seller once to check in and see why it had yet to ship after the expected delivery date and excuses were made. March 21st a shipping label was created but as of somewhere like 5 days ago the item still said it was waiting to be shipped from the seller. I reached out to the seller at this point asking for a refund, feeling that they were stringing me along and unlikely to actually ship it, effectively stealing my money. There was no response. While the product looks neat, I would not encourage people to chance their money with this seller.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive my order from this company and I was disappointed with not getting the travel planner. The company did refund me the money back into my credit card. They are still businesses that practices the honesty, professionalism and integrity of the business ethics.

Love this item. Seller was prompt and polite.
