3 out of 5 starsVery odd experience. Seller has okay communication, but they are not a local creator selling from NM USA. They order and ship from China. Was suspicious about shipping bc I couldn't see at any point where the cup was other than in China. Should have figured since nearly , if not all, items are using an AI image- including the bear cup. The print for his little nose began to break off and the starbies sticker. Overall this was an OKAY experience, but I will not be back simply bc they lied about where they are from and I did have moments of anxiety once they said it ships from Chine (not mentioned in the description of the cup.) Was also anxious bc others said their cups came broken. Thankfully mine did not, but I did not appreciate the lack of transparency. Love my cup either way- the hat doesn't necessarily fit correctly 😅 🧸
