Payment would be appreciated directly after purchase. My Etsy shop accepts payment via Paypal and credit card.

**IMPORTANT**
Please ensure your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. I post to the address on the paypal receipt as this is what is recommended by Paypal. The only exception is if you have advised that your order is a gift and you would like it sending directly to the recipient.

I aim to post orders within 1-2 full working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving cleared payment. To keep you as informed as possible, I will always email you via Etsy conversations to confirm once your item has been dispatched. I post weekdays Monday to Friday. Orders purchased on a Friday will be posted on the following Monday (unless there is a bank holiday weekend when your order will be posted on the Tuesday when the post offices re-open). If you purchase a "Made to Order" item, full details of how long the item will take to make can be found in that listing.

UK Buyers:***** Postage is by 1st Class mail (unless stated otherwise within the listing) and Recorded delivery is available in the drop down menu at checkout.

All International orders are posted via Royal Mail's Tracked service. This service although costing a few pounds extra than standard airmail takes 5-10 full working days, is fully insured and you will be issued with a tracking number so you can check on your parcels progress.

Lost/Missing Parcels
I do take full responsibility for lost/missing parcels, it is very rare that a parcel goes missing and I will do everything possible to make sure you receive your order. Our Royal Mail won't consider an item lost until 25 full working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) have passed so i am unable to begin the claims procedures for lost/missing parcels until after that period of time, and will be unable to refund or replace until the parcel has had 25 full working days to arrive. After the 25 day waiting period has passed you will be offered a full refund or a replacement. However, please be patient it is very rare for parcels to be lost.

"INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:
You are responsible for all import fees, duties, taxes, etc. and this is not included in my prices. Please make allowances for this before you purchase.

If an item gets left in customs and is not picked up and is returned to me, your order will be cancelled and the item cost refunded to you less shipping. I don't like to waste paper so I don't include an invoice with your package, your package will include your order and a thank you note. If you want do want a receipt they can be printed very easily off Etsy.

I always keep my policies updated with any details that may affect shipping to a particular country. I believe keeping my customers as informed as possible to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings or disappointments with regards to delivery times. I only want happy customers and will do my utmost to help where I can x

Please don't contact me to ask for free samples of jewellery for giveaways for your own blogs or your own charity auctions - I hold my own charity auctions that support Marie Curie, RSPB and the RSPCA.

**Wholesale enquiries** Before making an enquiry please bear in mind that a number of my pieces are one offs depending on the components used so I am unable to repeat certain items. I try to keep my prices as keen as possible for my online buyers as they are the mainstay of my business and are very important to me.

If you do want to order more than 10 of one item that I am able to reproduce, I will be able to do discounts on that basis. When making wholesale inquiries please provide links to the items that you are interested in and confirm how many you are interested in buying so i can give you a quick and accurate price.
