Warranty and Certifications
All items from Ganza Roma are assisted by the warranties provided for by current Italian law, that is, for purchases made online, the customer is assisted by the Guarantee of Conformity provided by the seller and the Guarantee of Proper Operation provided by the manufacturer.
What certifies that these are made in italy items?
The Made in Italy certification is indicated internally with the words "Genuine Leather Made in Italy," in some cases it is accompanied by a tricolor fabric flag and is further indicated on the tag.
Ganza Roma's goal is to use materials that are as sustainable as possible. We work only with tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group, for its sustainability, traceability and social practices.
Shipping Deliveries
To ensure a fast and efficient delivery service, we entrust deliveries only to express couriers with whom we have signed specific agreements to ensure safe shipments at sustainable costs. We mainly use Bartolini TNT for Italy and DHL UPS Fedex for abroad.
What happens if I am not present at delivery?
The courier makes two attempts: if in both cases you are absent and unavailable, you will have to personally pick up the goods at the carrier's warehouses, incurring the relevant storage charges. If you fail to pick up and return the goods to Ganza Roma, the amount of custody, transportation and redelivery charges will be deducted from the amount you will be reimbursed.

Caring for a leather bag properly is essential to ensure its longevity and maintain its appearance. Here are some general guidelines to help you take care of your leather bag:
▶Regular Cleaning:
1. Dust Your Bag: Use a soft, dry cloth to dust your bag regularly and keep it free from dirt and debris.
2. Wipe with a Damp Cloth: For light cleaning, you can use a slightly damp, soft cloth to gently wipe the surface of the leather. Make sure not to saturate the leather with water.
3. Mild Soap Solution: For more stubborn stains, you can use a mild soap solution. Mix a small amount of mild soap, such as baby shampoo, with water to create a soapy mixture. Dampen a cloth with the solution, wring it out, and gently clean the stain

all the bags will comes in a cotton bag, who should be used when the bag is not in use by you to cover it from dust and signs. Our packaging is made sustainably with partially recycled FSC certified paper and is fully recyclable or compostable biodegradable bags.
