Where is HELIOR jewellery made?
HELIOR is a UK-based fine jewellery brand.
Each piece is designed and specified by HELIOR, then crafted to order by us or specialist fine-jewellery manufacturing partners . Every piece is produced to precise specifications, quality-checked, and—where required—independently hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office before dispatch.
We believe in full transparency about how our jewellery is made. If you would like more detail about a specific piece, please contact us.
Is HELIOR jewellery UK hallmarked?
Yes.
All HELIOR jewellery that requires hallmarking under UK law is independently tested and hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office.
A UK hallmark confirms the precious metal content of the piece. For platinum, this is typically marked as “950”.
If an item is exempt due to its weight, this will always be clearly stated in the product listing.
Will I pay import duties on a US order?
Most US orders are shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, meaning applicable import duties are included.
You should not receive any additional customs charges on delivery where this service is specified.
Sales tax may still be collected at checkout where required.
For other countries, local VAT, customs duties, or import fees may apply. Please contact us before ordering if you would like confirmation for your location.
What happens if my ring size is incorrect?
We strongly recommend having your finger professionally measured before ordering, particularly for wider or comfort-fit bands.
If we supply an incorrect size, we will correct this at no cost.
If the selected size is incorrect, resizing may be possible depending on the design.

Resizing may involve additional costs
Personalised or bespoke rings may not be eligible for return due to sizing errors

How long will my order take?
Most HELIOR jewellery is made to order within 2–6 weeks.
Production time depends on:

What can be returned, and what is considered bespoke?
Non-personalised items ordered from the standard options shown in the listing are generally eligible for return, subject to our return conditions.
Made-to-order does not automatically mean bespoke.
A piece is considered personalised or bespoke if it has been created or significantly altered for an individual customer. This includes:
Engravings (names, initials, dates, coordinates)
Custom ring sizes outside standard options
Specially sourced gemstones
Custom CAD designs
Structural or design modifications
Pieces created from individual specifications
These items are typically non-returnable for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
