Digital Designs are PNG format and are NOT SVGs (layered images) used by cutting machines. Some cutting machines offer a “print and cut” option to use with PNGs, however we do not guarantee any of our digital designs will work with a “print and cut” function on any cutting type machines.

No refunds are given for digital designs purchased, no exceptions. It is stated in every digital design product description that they are digital downloads, and are NOT a physical product. It is also stated in the description that you acknowledge this when purchasing the digital design.

There may be a slight color variation between computer screens and actual files. Although we strive to represent our products as closely as possible, we cannot guarantee your screen is set exactly as ours and there will be no color variation. Additionally, your printer ( printer settings, ink, type of paper used, etc.) and heat press (temperature, time, pressure settings, etc.) determine how an image will look once it is printed / pressed, therefore we can not be responsible for how an image prints or how it looks once pressed.

Our terms state any photo featuring our designs are required to have a watermark of at least 50% opacity over the actual design to help prevent theft prior to posting. It is very easy to steal designs off computer generated mock-up photos (images used to simulate what a completed product will look like without having to produce said product) using various software programs. Though images stolen by being copied / duplicated off photos of completed physical products (such as shirts) generally have poor quality, they are still stolen. Those stolen images are often then resold and / or used to produce products being sold. Stolen images used for personal use still are stolen. Both scenarios reflect revenue lost for us.

You can use watermarks such as your logo, your name, or the words “DO NOT COPY” where the design is on the mock-up photo or photo of completed, finished product. Set the watermark at the minimum of 50% opacity. All of these techniques help prevent theft. Various designing software have the ability to add images / words to be used as watermarks. Additionally, watermarks can be added using most phone and tablets photo editing abilities in the gallery or camera settings. Free watermark generators can also be found online, some also have free apps that can be downloaded to your device as well. Textile printing, for personal or business use, is NOT allowed with any of our digital designs. This means you are not permitted to have fabric printed using our designs. However, you are allowed to print / press fabric in house (meaning printed / pressed fabric at your home or business, no use of professional printing companies allowed, no outsourcing to printing companies to print the fabric for you) for hair bows and headbands. In house printed / pressed fabrics with our designs are not permitted for larger projects, including but not limited to: fabrics used to sew clothing, accessories, décor, etc. Fabric for baby bummies / diaper covers may be given an exception by us, BUT WILL REQUIRE WRITTEN PERMISSION prior to production.

By purchasing from me, buyers are automatically agreeing to read and follow Terms of Use on my digital art. Having the buyer enter their name and business name (if applicable) is a further attempt by me to bring this to the buyers attention. Full Terms of Use are included in the description of every listing and can be read prior to purchase. Even if the buyer enters partial or incorrect information in the personalized section, they are still required to agree and follow Terms of Use when they purchase. The design in your purchased download will look like it does on the listing with no changes, unless you are purchasing one of the personalized / customizable listings, which is noted in the listing title and description.
