Amazing customer service, I had completely forgotten to add a name customisation when ordering and only realised when it arrived blank, completely my fault! I messaged asking if I could send the same one back to add the embroidery and the seller said absolutely, it arrived a few days after I sent it back with the customization absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for dealing so effectively with the error I made with no hassle whatsoever, definitely recommend this seller!
