I am obsessed with learning about self-development and how our brain works. In the span of over a decade, I have read countless books, taken several courses, and spent thousands of dollars on coaching around self-development and spirituality. During this time, I have learned a lot about what it takes to succeed in one's dreams and goals. By successful, I mean living a life that in YOUR opinion makes you happy and truly fulfilled.
This is where Higher Self Planner® comes in. Through my studies, I recognized that the planner industry as a whole was missing a huge and essential component within the contents of its planners—that is taking into account a person's self-image. A person's identity is the foundation of their entire life and determines what they will and will not be able to accomplish. Therefore, it is vital that when planning and working towards a goal an individual's identity aligns with what he or she desires. Higher Self Planner uses a specific framework in both our journals and planners that expressly acknowledges and helps a person shift their identity (if needed) so that they are a match to the type of person they need to BE to have what they desire.
