Frequently asked questions
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all payment methods through Etsy's secure checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more). Your files are available for instant download as soon as your payment clears.
How will I receive my digital files?
📥 THIS IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT — nothing physical will be shipped.
How you get your files:
1. Complete your purchase on Etsy.
2. You'll see a "Download" button immediately on the confirmation page, and Etsy will also email you a download link.
3. Your download includes a PDF with a direct link to edit your template in Canva (free account is all you need), plus print-ready files where applicable.
No waiting, no shipping fees — start creating in minutes!
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and I can't offer returns or refunds once files have been downloaded.
BUT — your happiness matters to me! If there's ever a problem with your download (broken link, missing file, file won't open), message me right away and I will fix it or replace your files promptly. If a template doesn't work as described, I'll make it right.
How do I edit my template in Canva?
Easy! Open the PDF from your download, click the Canva template link inside, and it opens as an editable copy in your own free Canva account. Change text, colors, and fonts, then download as PDF or PNG and print at home or at any print shop.
Do I need a paid Canva account?
No! Every template works with a FREE Canva account.
Can I share or resell the template?
Your purchase is for personal use (or one event/business use as stated in the listing). Please don't share, redistribute, or resell the files or the Canva link — but the beautiful things you CREATE with the template are 100% yours!
What if my download link expires?
Your files stay in your Etsy account forever under "Purchases and Reviews." You can re-download anytime. Lost the email? Just message me.
