I really feel thankful for the customer service. Although package got fail delivery, we have a nice chat and i ordered 2 other packs via a US-VN delivery agency. Should be careful when dealing with etsy shipping Internationally. Inside US shipping is good though. As for rosin quality, it's a little famous on Violinist.com sometimes ago. So no question about it.

Nice light rosin, much less dusty than the one that came with my rental.

I don't have much experience as rosin goes, but I think this rosin is very nice. It shipped and arrived very quickly! There was also a little "personalized" printed note thanking me for buying from their shop. I would definitely order again.

Good service. Excellent product— up there with Baker’s as an option for violinists. The only change I would suggest is getting rid of the cloth and supergluing the cake to the lid of the can.
