Frequently asked questions
Сведения о размерах
Every product includes A4 and US Letter PDF files, and most planners also include A5. The page count and sizes are listed in each listing. When you print, choose Actual Size or 100%, not Fit to Page, and do a test print of one page first.
How do I download my files?
Right after payment Etsy shows a download link, and you also get an email. You can download the files any time from You > Purchases and reviews on etsy.com (use a computer or a browser if the Etsy app does not show the files). Every file is a PDF, there is nothing to unzip.
Can I use the files on an iPad or other tablet?
Yes. Import the PDF into any PDF annotation app (for example GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo or Samsung Notes) and write with a stylus or your finger. The contents page, tabs and buttons are clickable in apps that support PDF links. Link behavior can differ between apps, so try a page first.
What if a file does not open or print correctly?
Send me a message through Etsy with the product name, your device or printer and, if you can, a screenshot. I will help you fix it or send a corrected file. Because these are digital downloads, they cannot be returned, but I want every file to work for you.
