Wedding Invitations by Tango Design Story
I founded Invitations by Tango Design online in 2003. We started slowly creating our invitation set collections. First, we launched just printed invitation designs & wedding stationery sets. Later we developed handmade invites and expanded audiences. We improved methods and printing techniques. We developed one-of-a-kind invitation pieces and stationery solutions. One important note is to know this is not a part-time job or a hobby as some of the fab people listing products on Etsy. This is our full-time job, and we take every order at heart, providing our best, no matter the wedding or event size.
Who runs this place anyway?
Many years ago, very early 2000's, I, Mariana, had my first baby. Enjoying motherhood, a lot, with a maternity license for my day job in an international company but tossing between going back to my corporate marketing life or launch a new business, where I could run the show! Sounds familiar? Well, I chose the second option and was so eager to create. The idea popped after my hubby suggested me to design our baby birth announcement cards, which were simple cards and just beautiful. Then a birthday, then another party, a hens, a bridal shower and we went online within 1 year of selling our designs worldwide. A year later we started crafting for the more sophisticated markets and boom! we were both working full time while rocking a child, with 100's of designs all handmade from our boutique studio. That's how all started!
We have won 5 Wedding Academy awards in Queensland, Australia and have been chosen by couples as the top 5 of Australia's best wedding invitations and stationery suppliers in the last 6 years. (between 1-3rd position in Queensland). Those awards evaluate 4 categories: Product, Value for money, service and service post-sale.
We love what we do and we put every bit on it to provide unique invitations that are looked after in every detail, handmade with the best materials. We also work hard to offer the most competitive prices we can for each creation. We handcraft our invitations, one by one with all the care we can. We are friendly and most importantly: professional. Our service before and after can be checked in our testimonials that make our day and help us believe we are on the right track.

We showed a sample to the Japanese staff at the reception hall and they were very impressed. There's nothing like that here. If you guys could write them in Japanese.... well, let me tell you that everything that concerns weddings and receptions is very expensive here.
