Communication was great! We communicated prior to my purchase to make sure that this was what I wanted, and she reached out once she received the dress to discuss the project thoroughly. Gave me an honest timeline for the completion of the project, which was 4 to 5 weeks. When I asked what the chances were of it being closer to four weeks so it can be here in time for Christmas, she said she would try. Received it just in time for Christmas! Super grateful. Bears are super cute and the angel ornament is perfect. Thank you!
