Simple offline apps and templates you pay for once

Hi, I'm Maisam, the person behind KitlyApps. You may know us by our old name, RasooliStore.

We started on Etsy with digital downloads: coloring books, Canva templates and content bundles. Along the way, many small business owners told us their tools felt too expensive or too complicated. Monthly subscriptions, accounts and logins, for things like booking clients, tracking stock or planning a budget.

So we started building offline apps. Each one is a single file that opens in your web browser. You pay once, there's no account to create, and your information stays on your own device. We now have apps for tutors, photographers, salons, bakeries, cleaners, food trucks, landlords, real estate agents and Etsy sellers, plus planners for budgets, weddings, study, travel and more.

We still make spreadsheet templates, coloring books and Canva templates. All of it is the same idea: practical, clear and ready to use straight away.

Every listing explains what's included and what you need, so you can check it fits before you buy. If something doesn't work the way you expected, message us. We read every message and we'll help.

How do I download my files?

After checkout, go to You > Purchases and Reviews on Etsy, find your order and click Download Files. You can also use the link in your order email. Your files stay there, so you can download them again later. Nothing is shipped.

Do the apps really work offline?

Yes. Each app is a single HTML file that runs in your web browser. After you unzip it, it works without internet. There's no account or sign-up, and your data is saved on your device, not on our servers. Most apps include backup and export so you can keep a copy. Google Sheets templates are different: they need a free Google account and an internet connection.

Which devices and browsers are supported?

Every app works in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox on Windows, Mac and Chromebook. Many also work on Android and iPad. Safari support differs between apps: some listings say Safari isn't officially supported, and on iPhone some apps can't be opened from Apple's Files app. Please check the Requirements section of each listing before you buy.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once on Etsy. There are no subscriptions, monthly fees or in-app purchases.

Can I get a refund?

These are digital downloads, so returns and exchanges aren't accepted. If a file won't open, something is missing, or it doesn't work as described, please message us. We'll help you sort it out.

Can I share, resell or use the files commercially?

Apps, planners and templates are for your own personal or single-business use unless the listing says otherwise. Please don't share or resell them. Some bundles and coloring books include commercial, KDP, PLR or MRR rights. Exactly what's allowed is written in that listing and its license file.

What do I need for Canva templates and spreadsheets?

Canva templates open with a free Canva account. Spreadsheets work in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, as listed. Google Sheets needs a free Google account, and some of our templates are Google Sheets only.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes. We offer a Custom Website Design service, and you can message us or use Request Custom Order for app or template changes. We'll tell you honestly whether we can do it, how long it will take and what it costs, before you pay.

Will I get updates?

If we fix or improve a product, we update the files on the listing. You can download your files again from Purchases and Reviews at any time. Found a bug? Message us so we can fix it.

I need help. How do I contact you?

Send us a message on Etsy (Contact shop owner). Tell us the product name, your device and browser, and add a screenshot if you can. That helps us answer faster.
