Hi, I'm Yan! As a professional practitioners and instructors of yoga and Tai Chi, I am deeply devoted to the traditional handmade martial arts. I’m also a certified yoga instructor, helping students cultivate balance and inner peace through movement and breath.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll often find me with a crochet hook in hand, creating cozy and charming handmade items—from soft scarves and snug blankets to stylish tote bags. I love adding a touch of warmth and personality to everyday life through my crafts.

The item arrived well within the delivery window, wrapped in brown paper with ribbon and a sticker inside a perfectly sized box. Additionally the seller reached out to me on a couple of occasions (to confirm delivery address and to clarify a couple of things). No seller has ever done this before for me and I really must commend the store on incredible customer service.
